Mental Health Treatment Monitoring

Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment Plans

When a Shellow Group client agrees that a treatment need exists and enters the recommended mental health or substance abuse treatment, clinical specialists with The Shellow Group in Milwaukee closely monitor the care and assure that the needed documentation of services is available for the legal team to use for criminal defense. Often a Shellow Group member will escort the client and introduce them to the treatment facility and staff. Upon discharge, The Shellow Group assures that all of the necessary documentation is secured for use in the overall defense strategy.

A client's treatment often involves several phases or levels of care. The Shellow Group's monitoring of treatment helps assure that phases and levels of treatment are coordinated and seamless. By such monitoring, treatment failures are avoided and treatment benefit is maximized.
