Tom Dixon has been a litigator, CEO, and Administrator of a Government agency as well as a teacher and trainer of lawyers, judges and students and the public. He served as the Chief Litigation Counsel for the Youth Policy and Law Center, the ABA Monitoring and Advocacy Project, the Wisconsin Coalition for Advocacy and the Managing Attorney for Legal Action of Wisconsin. He has handled cases in the U.S. Supreme Court , the Circuit Courts of Appeal for the 7th and 8th Circuits and numerous U.S. district courts. He has represented hundreds of clients in cases in the Wisconsin State Courts at the trial and appellate levels, impacting the rights of children, the disabled and the accused.

Tom has served as Bar President of the Dane County Bar Association, chaired the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, presented numerous seminars on legal rights and representation and written and taught on legal rights.

In his community, Mr. Dixon has served as a Regional Director of the National Mental Health Association, chaired Dane County Committees, served on the Governor's Committee for People with Disabilities, and participates in various community activities.

He is also a very new and proud grandfather of Jackson Thomas Tupta (Dixon).
